Ken Currier
Graduated from Letourneau College 1980 – AS Flight Technology
Began real estate appraisal in 1986
Earned MAI designation in 1994
Certified Licensed Appraiser in NH, ME, MA, VT, CT, NY, NJ
Started Atlantic Valuation in 1994, the company has grown to be the c-store appraisal company in the Northeast. He has overseen over 5,000 appraisals of c-stores, gas stations, car washes, and bulk plants. He has advised clients on feasibility of new stores, deposition of old stores, business planning, and acquisitions.
Aaron Cutler
Aaron Cutler has been in the gas station industry since 1993 as a retailer, wholesaler, station owner/operator and broker. He also has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Babson College. Put his expertise and training to work for you.
Bobby Slater
Bobby Slater graduated with a communications degree in 2005 and went on to work in sales and marketing across multiple industries. In 2013 he joined Atlantic Valuation Consultants as a commercial appraiser specializing in the appraisal of convenience stores, gas stations, car washes and single tenant net lease properties and has completed 500± appraisals of these properties throughout New England. He is a licensed certified general appraiser in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Vermont. As a licensed as a real estate agent in New Hampshire for nearly ten years, Bobby looks forward to combining his years of experience across multiple industries in assisting buyers and sellers of convenience stores as Senior Associate for C-Store Investments.
